From setting up the venue, receiving guests, directing the the preparation in the backstages, to acting as stage directors, ticket checkers, and crowd management, the efforts by volunteers ensured that the performance ran smoothly every step of the way, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and teamwork.
The leader of the TCCS volunteer team reflected on their participation. “We aim not only to ensure the success of the event, but also to build a sense of community, and at the same time providing youths with opportunities to learn and grow.”
The event organizers praised the TCCS volunteers and credited their effort for ensuring the successful running of the event. One audience member complemented the TCCS volunteers as being “very professional and enthusiastic in their conducts; their contributions greatly enhanced our viewing experience.”
